USA Deaf Sports Federation is announcing the opening of the positions of the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Policy Officer
. Both positions are Board positions that serve on the Federation Board of Directors. These are new positions that were created after the new 2013-2017 USADSF Strategic Plan was approved at the recent House of Delegates meeting last November.
Candidates for the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will work directly with the Board of Directors and will be responsible for creating innovative marketing strategies that will build USADSF's brand leading to increased awareness, fundraising revenue and relevance among our target audience.
Candidates for the Chief Policy Officer (CPO) serve as the focal point for compliance activities. The CPO needs to be a person of high integrity, and any other duties the CPO has should not be in conflict with the compliance goals.
